Hey everyone so if you haven't herd my Youtube and my Facebook are delated for personal reasons, i hope you don't mind. But a while ago I did a tip on how to be care free heres stress free for you lovelies.
01. Get it done
Don't procrastinate. Get it done, don't wait to the last minute if you do the quality can be suckish and you may forget something because your worrying to much.
02. Let it Go
If you make a mistake tell yourself its ok everyone makes a mistake.
03. Do something you love
To get your mind off things do something you love, hang out with friends, play a sport do something you love!
04. Focus on your breath
If your ever having a hard time with something take a deep breath and focus on the pattern of your breathing.
05. Be determined
If you don't have any motivation then you wont get their strive to be your best that you can be, don't compare yourself to others your different from them we all one of a kind.
06. Sleep
Sometimes when you don't get enough sleep you can be cranky and snap at people. Always try to go to bed at the same time and wake up at the same time even on the weekends, this will make you get the amount of sleep your unique body needs.
07. Don't take things personally
Most of the time, people say things as a joke, and you have to learn to recognize that. Remind yourself its a waste of your time worrying about what people think of you.
08. Don't take it out on others
Don't snap at people because somethings going o in your life you don't like. And if you take it out on family and friends, you're just going to end up lonely and depressed.
